Game Conversion Information - There were several different versions of this game released as conversion kits for other laserdisc games. Astron Belt,
Bega's Battle, Galaxy Ranger, M.A.C.H. 3, and Us vs. Them were EPROM swaps using each game's original hardware. Cliff Hanger,
Dragon's Lair, Goal To Go, Interstellar, and Space Ace all used a "Conversion" Cobra Command PCB. There are two different
types of these "Conversion" PCBs. One is a single board that communicates with the Pioneer LD-V1000 laserdisc player. The other uses this same board
plus a smaller upper board that adapts to a Pioneer PR-8210 laserdisc player.
The dedicated Cobra Command has two different possible hardware configurations. One is a Bega's Battle style board which uses the Sony LDP-1000 / LDP-1000A, and the
other is the "Conversion" board as described above for use with a Pioneer LD-V1000.

of the known conversion kits and configurations:
Astron Belt / Galaxy Ranger
- Uses the original Astron Belt or Galaxy Ranger hardware.
- Uses the Astron Belt / Galaxy Ranger conversion ROM set.
- Uses the original Hitachi VIP-9500 / VIP-9550 laserdisc players.
- Uses a standard Cobra Command laserdisc.
- Known Issues: The PCB-generated sound is poor.
Bega's Battle
- Uses the original Bega's Battle hardware.
- Uses the Dedicated / Bega's Battle conversion ROM set.
- Uses the original Sony LDP-1000 / LDP-1000A laserdisc players.
- Uses a standard Cobra Command laserdisc.
Cliff Hanger / Goal To Go
- Requires the "Conversion" Cobra Command PCB (with the smaller upper PCB).
- Uses the Conversion ROM set.
- Uses the original Pioneer PR-8210 / PR-8210A laserdisc players.
- Uses a standard Cobra Command laserdisc.
Dragon's Lair / Space Ace / Interstellar
- Requires the "Conversion" Cobra Command PCB (single board only).
- Uses the Conversion ROM set.
- Uses the original Pioneer LD-V1000 / LD-V1001 laserdisc players.
- Uses a standard Cobra Command laserdisc.
M.A.C.H. 3 / Us vs. Them
- Uses the original M.A.C.H. 3 / Us vs. Them hardware.
- Uses the M.A.C.H. 3 / Us vs. Them conversion ROM set.
- Uses the original Pioneer PR-8210 / PR-8210A laserdisc players.
- Uses a standard Cobra Command laserdisc.
- Known Issues: The cockpit graphics in this version are slightly different from the dedicated version.
